The Workout Plan

Whether it's Crossfit, aerobics, spin class, weight lifting or running, entering into a physical exercise routine is becoming increasingly popular these days. And the goal for those who "work out" is to see results... that is, life-change. Well what's true in the physical realm is true in the spiritual realm. But do we approach our spiritual fitness with the same fervor and intensity that we do our physical fitness? In this series Pastor Bryan continues our study in the book of Philippians with a new series entitled: 'Workout Plan'.
